A&V Series: Inspection Machines for Ampoules, Vials, & Cartridges

The A&V Series of fully automated inspection machines are developed to process ampoules, vials, and cartridges filled with injectable solutions and freeze dried products.

They offer the ideal solution to comply with the International Pharmaceutical Guidelines, to ensure that parenterals are essentially free of foreign particles.

The A&V Series can also be equipped with a number of inspection stations for various cosmetic checks such as, glass defects (inclusions, scratches, & cracks), stopper presence, seal presence and quality, and flip-off cap presence and color.

They can work either in-line with upstream and downstream unites, or as a stand-alone unit with manual trays/cassettes loading.
