Our control systems utilize the latest PC/PAC based technology with relevant modules for full batch control with audit trail. Our interface developed using the latest HMI technology provides the user with an intuitive platform enabling easy operation and SOP compliance. Our risk-based approach works inline with the manufacturer’s application of the European EMA Annex 11 and the US FDA regulations 21 CFR 11 respectively.
Our dosing and filling techniques are proven for pouch packing a substantial number of products such as tablets, granules, capsules, CBD products, liquids, suspensions, and creams. Our partner has developed complex feeding and dosing systems for multiple products, daily dose sachets. We can also handle larger pouch packaging applications for devices, syringes, bottles, vials, and medical products such as contact lenses.
Most pharmaceutical packaging materials can be handled on our pouch machines, including foil, paper, Tyvek and we can also offer two-component film systems.

BF-200/BF-300 Pre-made Pouch Filler with automatic pouch magazine
The Type BF-200/BF-300 horizontal filling and sealing machine functions with prefabricated pouches from the magazine and is distinguished by its particularly compact design and a high degree of flexibility.
In addition to edge sealing pouches, all other pouch types which can be manufactured on RB machines can be filled and sealed on the BF-200, including stand-up pouches or Doypack-style pouches (also with zippers/resealable function). This machine type is particularly suitable for products that require sterilizing.
Output: up to 60 pouches/minute
The Type BF-300 horizontal filling and sealing machine functions with prefabricated pouches from the magazine and is distinguished by its particularly compact design and a high degree of flexibility.
RB-600 High-Speed HFFS Packaging Line
The RB-600 is a compact, horizontal forming, filling, and sealing machine with a rotary table system for side sealed pouches.
This machine model is ideal for filling all pouch types with the most varied of products and is available in five different capacity levels, including in stainless steel. This means that up to 280 pouches per minute and a format range of 80 x 100 mm to 600 x 400 mm can be realized, depending on the model selected.
Output: up to 280 pouches/minute
RB-400 High-Speed HFFS Packaging Line
The RB-400 is a compact, horizontal forming, filling, and sealing machine with a rotary table system for side sealed pouches.
This machine model is ideal for filling all pouch types with the most varied of products and is available in five different capacity levels, including in stainless steel. This means that up to 400 pouches per minute and a format range of 40 x 40 mm to 400 x 400 mm can be realized, depending on the model selected.
Output: up to 400 pouches/minute
