ACIC Machinery provides Reverse Osmosis Systems to produce Purified Water and Water for Injection that meets all international and U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) standards.

The reverse osmosis process uses pressure to push a solution through a membrane, retaining the solute on one side and allowing the pure solvent to pass to the other side. This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of a solvent from an area of low solute concentration through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied.

The reverse osmosis procedure removes up to 97% of dissolved non-organic materials and over 99% of total dissolved organic materials, colloids and particles. It also removes microbial species and is available in single or double pass.

Continuous Electrodeionization

We offer electrodeionization in addition to reverse osmosis systems. Adding an electrodeionization module can take reverse osmosis water to a higher level of purity.

Ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltration systems can be used following Reverse Osmosis as the final purification step to take reverse osmosis water to a higher level of purity and sterility.

Ultrafiltration systems can be provided with vessels in PVC or in SS 316L. They can be equipped with either spiral wrapped membranes, tubular membranes or ceramic membranes.

Degassing System

We provide efficient dissolved gas control to eliminate gases and bubbles from water.
