Project management is one of the most critical elements in building complex machinery for the pharmaceutical or the medical device industries. ACIC and our partners have skilled teams of project managers who drive your high-priority project to successful completion.

A full time project manager (PM) is assigned to every project, who will be your main contact during your project. The aim of having dedicated project management is to be seamless with our customers interacting with ACIC Pharmaceutical Machinery and our partners.

Weekly project meetings keep our PM’s on track for all critical processes involved in the custom machinery business. Open communication gives our customers, project managers, management, and manufacturing teams an open look into project milestones and completion.

Our Project Managers are responsible for managing the schedules, reporting, managing any changes to the contract, as well as managing engineering changes from customers and coordinating with the supply chain, labor, and budget. They are also involved in Factory Acceptance Testing and work with other professionals at ACIC and partners to assist with any certifications that may be purchased by our customers.
